What happens if I exceed my plan's home limit?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can either upgrade to the next tier or we'll automatically suggest the best plan for your needs. There's no overage charges or surprise fees.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Absolutely! Upgrade or downgrade anytime. When you upgrade, you're charged a prorated amount. When you downgrade, you'll receive credit towards your next billing cycle.
What's included in 'all features'?
Every tier includes: custom branding, maintenance scheduling, warranty tracking, document storage, referral network, customer portals, mobile app access, and automated reminders. Free tier includes everything paid tiers have - you only pay based on volume.
Do I pay per team member?
No! All plans include unlimited team members at no additional cost. Whether you have 1 technician or 50, the price stays the same.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and ACH bank transfers for annual plans. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes! Pay annually and save 20% compared to monthly billing. For example, the Starter plan is $470/year (vs $588 monthly) and Pro is $1,430/year (vs $1,788 monthly).
What if I need more than 200 homes but not quite Enterprise level?
Contact our sales team! We offer custom plans for businesses managing 200-500 homes with flexible pricing between Pro and Enterprise tiers.
