Use License

You May

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

• Scrape, crawl, or data mine without permission

Account Responsibilities

When you create an account with us, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

User Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload to HomeDoc. By uploading content, you grant us:

• A license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide our services
• Permission to create backups for security and recovery purposes
• The right to use aggregated, anonymized data for platform improvement

You represent that you have the right to upload all content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access:

• We may perform maintenance and updates that temporarily affect service
• We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice

Payment Terms

For paid services:

• Fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You are responsible for all taxes associated with your subscription
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Payment information is processed securely through third-party providers

Cancellation and Termination

• We may terminate free accounts with reasonable notice

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HomeDoc and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

• Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms
